Zyra "Pretty Girl" Jhene Mudd

Zyra Jhene “Pretty Girl” Mudd, of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, left the world far too soon on October 12, 2025, cradled in the endless love of her family. Born on September 10, 2025, in Winston-Salem, Zyra brought immense joy and light during her short time on earth. Though her life was brief, every moment was filled with smiles, warmth and gentle laughter. From the day she arrived, Zyra’s calm spirit and happy nature made every heart she touched a little lighter. She had just begun lifting her tiny head proudly, a milestone that filled her parents with pride and wonder. She loved to eat, enjoyed bath time, and being around her big brother daily. She is loved and missed so much by all.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday October 18, 2025, at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gene Shepherd officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 PM, Saturday October 18,2025 at Reins- Sturdivant Funeral Home.

She is survived by her parents; Elsia Rae Martin and Jaylan Christopher Mudd of the home, a brother; Kanelo Mudd of the home, maternal grandparents; Kayla Martin and Husband William of North Wilkesboro, paternal grandparents; Ronnie Mudd and Wife Ruth Moretz Mudd of Hays, Danielle Farrar and Husband Henry Farrar of Burlington, four aunts; Talia Martin, Anita Martin, Tina Martin, Zenobia Farrar, five uncles; Jermayne Martin, William Martin, Elias Martin, Hakeem Lea, Rasheem Lea and several more great aunts, uncles and cousins.
