Mr. William “Bill” Andrew Osborne, age 56 of Wilkesboro passed away Monday, November 17, 2025, at Atrium Health-Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Bill was born October 3, 1969, in Greenbriar County, West Virginia to Herman Gary and Wilma Lee McClure Osborne.  

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by his wife; Catina Parsons Osborne of the home and a sister; Shawnda Osborne Sloan and husband Audie of Rainelle, West Virginia.
