Obituary
Mr. William Stephon Johnson, age 62 of North Wilkesboro passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at his home.
William was born December 20, 1960, in McDowell County, WV to Alstrelia Johnson. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
A private memorial service will be held.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Johnson; three brothers, Calvin Ray Johnson, Darrell Johnson, and Billy Johnson.
He is survived by five sisters, Latonya Johnson (Mark) of North Wilkesboro, Kim Johnson of Wilkesboro, Drema Comer (Raynard) of Clarksville, TN, Naomi Flynn (Timothy) of Maryland, Tammy Rucker Gastonia; eleven brothers, Norman Johnson of Wilkesboro, Christopher Johnson (Shawn) of Mt. Airy, Aaron Johnson of New York, Larry Barnes (Carol) of Roaring River, Charles Harmon (Robin) of Gastonia, Dijon Davis of Richmond, VA, Carl Fuller, Jr. (Regina) of Beckley, WV, Rick Harmon of West Virginia, James Harmon of Gastonia, Tony Davis of Virginia, and Squire Lee Evens (Pam) of Logan, WV; a host of nieces and nephews that he loved.
