William Andrew Jennings

Mr. William Andrew Jennings, age 63 of Hickory after spending several days in Neurological ICU at Baptist Hospital passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Catawba Valley Regional Hospice Home in Newton.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 27, 2025, at First United Methodist Church of Hickory with Senior Pastor Paul Christy officiating.  The family will receive friends and family in the Community Room following the service.  A family burial service will be held following.

He was born on June 13, 1962, in Alamance County to Robert Neal Sr. and Betty Jean Taylor Jennings.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Robinson Jennings; daughter, Erica Jane Jennings of Antwerp, Belgium; two sons, Davis Andrew Jennings and Christopher Scott Jennings, both of Ooltewah, TN; and brother, Robert Neal Jennings, Jr. (Kathy) of San Diego, CA.

Andrew is a graduate of Wilkes Central High School, University of Georgia and Wake Forest School of Law.  He loved golfing, fishing, and watching GA Dawgs play football. He coached all of his children in many sports as they were growing up.

The two loves of his life were God and his family. He will be missed terribly!
