W.H. Clonch

Mr. W.H. Clonch “Dub”, age 85 of N. Wilkesboro passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Jason Wiles and Rev. Marvin Blackburn officiating.  Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 PM prior to the service at Rein-Sturdivant Funeral Home. 

W.H. was born June 15, 1936 in Wilkes County to James Willard and Dollie Oveda Clonch. He liked to ride around in his orange blossom truck and visit his family. He loved his family very dearly.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons; Ronald Clonch and Terry Clonch. five sisters; Elizabeth Trexler, Juanita Anderson, Grace Hagler, Jolene Adkins and Ruth Hicks, two brothers; James Clonch “Ted” and Bob Clonch.

He is survived by his two brothers; Monroe Clonch and his wife Virginia of Traphill and Donald Clonch of Salisbury, and a hand full of nieces and nephews.
