Virginia Hayes Obituary
Mrs. Virginia Mae Huffman Hayes, age 87 of North Wilkesboro, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 at her home.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Mountlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Sherrill Wellborn and Mr. Keith Warren officiating.
Mrs. Hayes was born, May 30, 1934 in Wilkes County to Edgar and Edra Mae Nichols Huffman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Troy Hayes; and one brother Bennie Huffman.
Mrs. Hayes is survived by one daughter, Teresa West and husband Barry of North Wilkesboro; one granddaughter, Karmon West; one sister, Halene Miller and husband, Sammie of Millers Creek; two brothers, Carl Huffman and wife, Janet of Purlear and Glenn Huffman and wife, Frances of North Wilkesboro.
