Mr. Treely Edward Royal, age 85 of Wilkesboro passed away Monday, November 22, 2021 at his home. 

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Homer Maltba officiating.  Burial will be in Burke Cemetery on Mertie Road.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. 

Treely Royal was born May 18, 1936 in Ashe County to Trealy and Mary Perry Royal.  He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. 

Treely was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by his wife; Haley Perry Royal of the home, a daughter; Janis Marie Royal of Wilkesboro, three sons; Benny Edward Royal and wife Marilyn of Boomer, Reggie Dale Royal and wife Vicky of Roaring River, Scotty Ray Royal and wife, Melissa of Wilkesboro, ten grandchildren; Matthew, Nathan, Melissa, Jamie, Ashley, Taylor, Scotty, Jr., Jacob, Noah, Meghan, twenty-two great grandchildren; Benny, Leslie, Angie, Talie, Chris, Briana, Chloe, Zoe, McKenzie, Dakota, Alex, Destiny, Kaden, JoJo, Landon, Emma, Jordan, Maddison, Haley, Bryleigh, Avery, Lucas, and one brother; Johnny Freeman Royal and wife Della Mae of Roaring River. 

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church, PO Box 41, McGrady, NC 28649.
