Terry Elizabeth Castle

Terry Elizabeth Castle, daughter of Lloyd and Loriene, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 16, 2025. Terry was born in Wilkes County on October 16, 1965, and was 60 years old.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, December 22, 2025, at Walnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dean Crane officiating.  

Throughout her life she enjoyed having pets. As a child she would dress them as dolls and push them in her stroller.

She was a 1983 graduate of Wilkes Central High School where she was a member of the marching band’s color guard. This honor allowed her to march in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York.

Terry lived her life to the best of her ability and never met a stranger that couldn’t become a friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Terry was always close to her Momma and Daddy and never lived far from them. Mother and Daughter never cut the apron strings that now binds them together for all eternity.
