Mrs. Shonne Parsons Bynum, age 60 of Wilkesboro passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at SECU Hospice Home in Yadkinville. 

Graveside services will be held 3:30 PM Sunday, December 21, 2025, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (Hwy 16) with Rev. Brian Miller officiating.   The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.  

Shonne was born June 20, 1965 in Wilkes County to Lee and Barbara Nichols Parsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  

She is survived by two daughters; Brittany Parsons “Rachel” of Kinston, Alisyn Bynum of Wilkesboro, a son; Ricky Parsons “Kimberly” of Winston-Salem, a grandson; Ezekiel Johnson and a brother; Shelton Parsons “Susan” of Wilkesboro and special nieces and nephews.
