Mrs. Shirley Frances Edmiston, age 67, of Moravian Falls passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at her home.
A Private Family Graveside services will be held at Millers Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Shirley was born February 2, 1958, in Manatee County, FL to James Harding Rash Sr. and Ruth Catherine Wyatt Rash. She will be remembered for her deep love of animals, showing kindness and compassion to every creature.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Edmiston.
She is survived by sisters, Betty Hollar of Millers Creek, Carolyn Anderson of Millers Creek; brother, James Rash Jr. of North Wilkesboro; niece, Jamie Anderson (David Carson) of West Jefferson and special friend Tim Houting of Moravian Falls.
