Sherry Dawn Key

Ms. Sherry Dawn Key, age 71, of Moravian Falls passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Scenic Memorial Gardens. Services will be located immediately on left at the entrance.

Sherry was born August 12, 1954, in Wilkes County to Herbert Milton Key and Rebecca Petty Key.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her sister, Connie Lynn Key.

She is survived by her father, Herbert Milton Key and a sister, Debra Key McGlamery; one nephew, Luke, his wife Anna and their son; multiple uncles, cousins and other beloved family members to cherish her memory.

Sherry enjoyed bird watching with a special love for hummingbirds, nature and reading.
