Mrs. Ruby “Juanita” Gardner made the journey she has been looking forward to on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
Juanita was born in Greensboro, NC on November 3, 1930, to the late Wilkes and Annie Sue Blake Jenkins and spent the majority of her life in her beloved Easley, SC.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Dick, Jim, Bub, and Jerry Jenkins, and her sister, Dot Thomason. In 2017 she moved to Wilkesboro, NC to be closer to her son and made many wonderful friends while living at Rose Glen Village. Many thanks to Gerry Frye for being a dear friend to Juanita for the last few years.
She is survived by her son, Doug Gardner (Bridgett) of North Wilkesboro; grand-children, Allender (Holly) Gardner, Amy (Chip) Dickert, and Lindsay Gardner. She is also survived by her beloved great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
