Mr. Ronney Glenn Faw, age 77, of Millers Creek passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at SECU Hospice Care Center in Yadkinville.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 26, 2026, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Pastor Jimmy McGlamery officiating. Entombment with Military Honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1142 Honor Guard and the United States Army will be at Mountlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday Evening.
Ronney was born on September 26, 1948, in Wilkes County to Glenn Edward Faw and Ethel Reeves Faw.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his half-sister, Loretta Bell Dancy and his fur companions Taylor and Lacey Faw.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Ann Griffin Faw of the home; a son, Ronnie Kevin Faw of Boomer; step-daughters, Tina Hawkins of North Wilkesboro, Stephanie Spicer of Millers Creek, April Hawkins of Purlear; grandchildren, Katie Hawkins, Hannah Roten, Courtney Shepherd, Dustin Jones, Ethan Jones, Aliyah Spicer, and Zachary Spicer, great-grandchildren, Hattie-Ann Roten and Koen Jones.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
