Mr. Robert "Bob" Allan Mitchell, Jr. l, age 76 of North Wilkesboro passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his home.
Due to Covid a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Mr. Mitchell was born November 10, 1944 in Daytona Beach, FL to Robert Allan Mitchell, Sr. and Evelyn Dorothy Schempp Mitchell. He was retired from the Wilkes County School System where he was a teacher assistant and bus driver. He was presently working as co-owner of a small family campground “Riverplace” located in Independence, VA. He was of the Methodist faith. He served in the Marines during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bob is survived by his wife, Judi Ann Mitchell of the home and a daughter, Robin Amber Mitchell of Fletcher.
