Miss Remedi Lynn Laws, infant daughter of Jason Dean Laws and Katelyn Starr Blankenship, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM Friday, November 17, 2023 in Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Mark A. Church officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Tender, Gentle, touch

From My Mommy’s hand

 As I try to come into this world

 but still, here I am

Just a child, not alone!

Don’t cry for me Mommy

Father has spoken and with Him

I must go.

And again, we will be together

Sooner than you know.

Miss Remedi is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Richard Dean Laws. 

She is survived by her parents; one brother, Kayson Dean Laws of North Wilkesboro; maternal grandmother, Krystle Broyhill of Moravian Falls; maternal grandfather, Steven Blankenship of McGrady; paternal grandmother, Angela Michelle Heffner of North Wilkesboro; maternal great-grandparents, Mark and Debbie Church of Wilkesboro and Steve and Pam Blankenship of North Wilkesboro.
