Raul Sanchez-Mendiola

Mr. Raul Sanchez-Mendiola, age 36 of Wilkesboro, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021 at his home.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel with Father Hanic officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Scenic Memorial Gardens.

Raul was born July 13, 1984 in Queretaro, Mexico to Jacinto and Maria Mendiola. He worked at Tyson Poultry. He loved to fish. He was a great dad, great brother, great son, a hard worker and the life of the crowd with friends everywhere.  He was very outgoing and loved his kids and family.

Raul is preceded in death by his father.

Raul is survived by his mother, Maria Mendiola; two daughters, Ahilyn Mendiola and Arianna Mendiola; a son Andrew Mendiola; a sister, Martha Mendiola all of Wilkesboro; and a brother, Eddie Mendiola of Mexico.
