Ralph Junior Wingler

Ralph Junior Wingler, age 81 of Wilkesboro, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Accordius At Wilkesboro.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Frank Woods officiating. Entombment will follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Mr. Wingler was born September 18, 1940 in Ashe County to Austin and Mattie Dillard Wingler. He retired from Barnes Severt Lumber Company as a truck driver. He was a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church in Ashe County.

Mr. Wingler is preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dean Wingler; and two sisters, Carol Roten and Dare Eller.

Mr. Wingler is survived by his wife, Annie Ruth Miller Wingler of the home; two daughters, Sandra Call and husband, Jeff of Wilkesboro, and Kathy Jones and husband, Paul of Millers Creek; two sisters, Ethel Miller and Regina and husband, Joe, both of Millers Creek; and two brothers, Bronard “Jim” Wingler of North Wilkesboro, and Paul Wingler, and wife, Doris of Millers Creek.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association 4600 Park Road, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC  28209.
