Mr. Ralph Eugene Bell, age 65 of North Wilkesboro passed away Monday, September 11, 2023 at his home. 

Ralph graduated from Wilkes Central High School, trained and served at a Wilkes County Paramedic/EMS employee for over 30 years.  He loved helping others in their time of need.  Ralph loved spending time with his family and especially his son playing sports.  Ralph also loved camping, hunting, and fishing.  He helped his father at the sawmill, getting up hay and working on the farm in his spare time.  In his later years of life Ralph suffered from compulsive delusional disorder which took away much of his love for life.  He will be missed by his family who hopes he has now found the peace he so much deserved. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 6:00 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home Chapel. 

Ralph was born July 20, 1958 in Wilkes County to James Ralph and Betty Lou Taylor Bell. 

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother; Dicky John Bell. 

He is survived by his mother; Betty Lou Taylor Bell of Millers Creek, a son; Kristopher James Bell (Bartie) of Hays, a grandson; Mason James Bell, four brothers; Roger Lee Bell (Denise) of Hays, Ricky James Bell (Cheryl) of North Wilkesboro, Ronald Dean Bell (Debbie) of Millers Creek, Rodney Allen Bell of Millers Creek, two sisters; Regina Bell Miller of Hays, Rita Ann Bell Butter (Donovan) of Cibolo, TX, nephews; Jamey Bell (Charli), Marty Bell (Angel), Derick Bell, Robby Miller (Sonia), Brandon Bell (Haley); nieces, Crystal Miller, Jessica Dancy (Jonathan), Jennifer York (Brandon), many great nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
