Pressley Edward Church

Mr. Church was born February 17, 1946 to Pressley Brown and Roxie Mae Fraizer Church. He passed away in the N.C. State Veterans Home in Salisbury, NC on July 31, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his wife Adalia Marlene Church Church, sister Linda Church Wiles, sister Rozella Church Wyatt, brother Bill Church and great-grandson Kodi Storm Albright. 

He is survived by his daughter Vikki Marnell Church Taylor, granddaughter Mariah Taylor, great-granddaughters Audrey Taylor, Seana Triplett and Izzabella Sells, sisters Novella Houck, Drucilla Joines, Peggy Reynolds and brother Rex Church.

Mr. Church served in the Army while stationed in Vicenza, Italy, then finished out 20 years of service as part of the NC Army National Guard.

He was given the nickname Flash while working at Tyson Food Service. 

A memorial service will be held at the Calvary Baptist Family Life center, on Saturday August 16th at 2pm.
