Mr. Patrick Rashon Crutchfield, age 31, of North Wilkesboro, passed away Saturday January 24, 2026, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 6, 2026, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Brent Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:45 PM until 1:45 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Patrick was born September 10, 1994, in Wilkes County to Herbert Alvis Crutchfield, Jr. and Lisa Vannoy Crutchfield.

He was preceded in death by his mother; Lisa Vannoy Crutchfield, grandparents; Patricia Abbott Parks, Claude Vannoy, Jr., Herbert Alvis Crutchfield, Sr. and Helen Gaston Crutchfield.

He is survived by his father; Herbert Alvis Crutchfield, Jr., aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
