Michael Adams

Mr. Gilbert Michael Adams, age 59 of Millers Creek passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at his home. 

Private family services will be held at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Pruitt officiating.  Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park. 

Mr. Adams was born February 14, 1961 in Wilkes County to Gilbert A. and Pauline Shepherd Adams.  He was a member of Victory Baptist Church. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

He is survived by three sons; Brandon Adams of Lexington, Bradley Adams and wife Jennifer of Midland and Shawn Adams of Deep Gap, three sisters; Mrs. Carol Mitchell and husband Jerry of Hays, Mrs. Jane Myers and husband Robert of Florida, Mrs. Sandra Blackburn and husband Sammy of North Wilkesboro, three brothers; Mr. Steve Adams and wife Janice of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mr. Ricky Adams and wife Mary of Millers Creek and Mr. Terry Adams and wife Cindy of Hays. 

Pallbearers:  Brandon Adams, Bradley Adams, Shawn Adams, Kaleb Buck, Rocky Roten, Brian Adams, Ricky Pruitt

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
