Mary Jennings Obituary

Mrs. Mary Lou Rhodes Jennings, age 94 of North Wilkesboro passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center.

A private family graveside service will be held with Rev. Julius Blevins officiating.

Mrs. Jennings was born May 1, 1927 in Forsyth County to James Mack and Hettie Ruth Elledge Rhodes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pressley Sylvester Jennings.

Mrs. Jennings is survived by one daughter, Debra Jennings Wyatt Drye of Statesville; one grandson, Devin Wyatt and spouse, Jeremy Lazzara of Oregon; two sisters, June Harrold of North Wilkesboro, and Joyce Dancy of Puerto Rico.
