Martha Jean (Williams) Miller

Mrs. Martha Jean Williams Miller passed into her Heavenly Home on March 11, 2020 at Mountain Valley Hospice of Dobson.  She was born on Easter Sunday, April 14, 1949 to Lester L. Williams and Maude Phillips Williams.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 40 years, Keith Michael Miller.  Surviving is her son, Jason Michael Miller and his wife, Alicia, two granddaughters, Laura Grace and Kiera Jade Miller of Charlotte, N.C., one sister, Mary Williams Warren and husband, John, one niece, Lesley Warren, and her special cat, Tigger.

Martha graduated from West Wilkes High School with the Class of 1967.  She loved to laugh, walk, dance, plant flowers, and do crafts for her Sunday school class.  She was a member of Welcome Home Baptist Church and had taught the preschoolers there for 30 years and had a special love for children.  Martha was a wonderful cook and spent time handwriting recipe books.

Private Graveside services will be held at Welcome Home Baptist Church.  The family requests no food.
