Mrs. Margaret Ann Horton of Wilkesboro, NC Passed away in the comfort of her home on Saturday July 24, 2021 at the age of 73.
Mrs. Horton was born on January 27, 1948 in Wilkes County to Lincoln and Frances Kelly. Mrs. Horton was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Nathan Hale Horton, her daughter Shelia Horton, and her great-grandson Carter.
Mrs. Horton is survived by her brother, Nathaniel Kelly of Charlotte, NC; 3 children, Michael Kelly Sr. and wife Ashley of Ohio, Beulah Horton of Wilkesboro, and Nathaniel Horton of Boomer; 11 grandchildren, Temeeka Mills and husband Timothy Mills, Julius Williams, Damion Horton, Natasha Horton, Shalisha Perkins, Keaundra Horton, Joseph Horton, Ashley Horton, Mikey Kelly, Megan Kelly, and Gavin Kelly; 13 great-grandchildren, Caden, Nova, Alexis, Serenity, Julius Jr., Zavian, Mattias, Brooklyn, Julianna, Skielyr, Parys Ann, Mikey Jr., and Jalen.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 12:00pm at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel in North Wilkesboro, NC with Rev. Ronald Howell officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM - 12:00PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
