Logan Samuel Kilby

Logan Samuel Kilby, of Wilkesboro, passed away Friday, May 16, 2025, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist – Winston Salem.

A private family graveside will be held at Scenic Memorial Gardens with Pastor Mark Workman officiating.

Logan was born May 16, 2025, to Eric Todd and Whitney Gray O’Neal Kilby.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Tammy O’Neal, and an infant brother, Noah Blake Kilby.

He is survived by his parents, Eric Todd and Whitney Gray O’Neal Kilby of Wilkesboro; two sisters, Mackenzie Kilby and Riley Kilby; one brother, Lucas Kilby; paternal grandparents, Eric and Regina Kilby of Moravian Falls; maternal grandfather, Jeff O’Neal of Wilkesboro.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Brenner Children’s Hospital, One Medical Center Boulevard, Winston-Salem NC 27157.
