Linda Sue Holland

Mrs. Linda Sue Holland, age 74 of Wilkesboro passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist-Wilkes Medical Center. 

Memorial services will be held 5:00 PM Monday, June 14, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. David Sparks, Rev. David Wellborn and Mr. Max Bainbridge officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:30 until 4:45 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Holland was born February 23, 1947 in Anderson, SC to Troy A. and Bernice Lively Holland.  She was a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church.  First and foremost Linda was a woman that dedicated her life to the service of God.  A Sunday School teacher at Liberty Grove Baptist Church, Registrar of the Brushy Mountain Baptist Association Bible College, master gardener and master seamstress. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister; Carol Sue Holland and a brother; Butch Holland. 

She is survived by a son, William Maxwell Bainbridge of North Wilkesboro; one granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Bainbridge; a sister-in-law, Gnann Holland of Wilkesboro; nieces and nephews, Toby Carroll and wife Debra, Traci Condon and husband Chris, Teresa Duncan and husband Michael and Todd Holland. 

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to H.O.P.E Ministries, 514 Elkin Highway, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
