Kelly Dean Taylor

Mr. Kelly Dean Taylor, age 61 of North Wilkesboro passed away Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Wilkes Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

He was born May 29, 1964, in Wilkes County to John Dean and Frances Jeanette Bowlin Taylor.  He took pride in Boy Scouts becoming an Eagle Scout and beyond.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a sister, Sandra Shumate (Barry) of Hays; niece, Paige Wyatt (Matthew) and their son Owen and nephew, Adam Shumate (Kalia) and their children Abigail and Piper.
