Mrs. Kelly Jordan Holleman, age 53, of North Wilkesboro passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
Kelly was born November 17, 1971, in Ashe County to Rex and Sue Miller Jordan. She was a member of Temple Hill Methodist Church. Kelly was THE Media Specialist at Ashe County Middle School.
Kelly’s greatest joy was watching her children showcase their abilities and pursue their passions. She cherished time spent with family and friends. She spent many hours scrapbooking and crafting including working on special projects to be included in the shoeboxes her family packed for Operation Christmas Child.
Kelly loved her school and the students there. She loved sharing her passion for reading and social studies. She was a Bulldog at heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rex Jordan.
She is survived by her husband, Jody Holleman; son, Grady Preston Holleman; daughter, Jordan Caroline Holleman; her mother, Sue Miller Jordan of Fleetwood; four sisters: Hope Jordan of Raleigh, Heather Jordan of West Jefferson, Brooke Jordan Sturgill (Jason) of West Jefferson, Tammy Massey (Mark) of Crumpler; father and mother-in-law Clyde and Virginia Holleman of Ronda; brothers-in-law Keith Holleman (Dawn) of Ronda and Michael Holleman (Kim) of Wilkesboro; nieces and nephews: Emma Gandy, Sydney Gandy, Hadley Goss, Quinton Goss, Easton Sturgill, Brittany Smith, Ryan Huffman, Preston Huffman, Matt & Sarah Holleman, Kayla & Jason Garlock, Josh & Eva Holleman, Hannah & Jared Franciosa and several great-nieces and nephews; and special friend, Anna Thompson.
Memorial service will be held 5:00 PM Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel at 270 Armory Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659 with Pastor Justin Welch, Nephew Matt Holleman, Uncle Rob Osborne, Principal Sherrie Hines officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
