Obituary
Mrs. Kathy Ann Kohlhaas Borkowski, age 63 of North Wilkesboro passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist- Wilkes Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Kathy was born April 3, 1959, in Fairfax, Virginia to Robert and Charlotte Zirkle Kohlhaas.
She was preceded in death by her father; Robert Kohlhaas, and her husband; David Borkowski.
She is survived by a daughter; Rebekah Lynn Thornton and husband Lucas of Lakeland, FL, a son; Nathan Borkowski and wife Kurpo of North Wilkesboro, her mother; Charlotte Zirckle Kohlhaas of Fairfax, VA, two grandchildren; Logan Thornton, and Ethan Borkowski, a sister; Kim Kendall of VA, and two brothers; Greg Kohlhaas of VA, and Chris Kohlhaas of VA.
