Obituary
Mrs. Karen Hendren Billings, age 69, of Wilkesboro passed away Monday, June 13, 2022 at Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation Center.
There will be a public visitation Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.
Karen was born August 2, 1952 in Wilkes County to Max G. and Elrea Marlow Hendren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She is survived by her husband; Gerald S. (Jerry) Billings of Wilkesboro, her mother; Elrea Hendren of Wilkesboro, two sisters; Kathy H. Hobbs and husband Steve, Janice H. Hamby and husband Burl, two step-children; Donna B. Simpson and husband Mike of North Wilkesboro, Robert J. Billings and wife Judy of Mt. Holly, grandchildren; Jared A. Yates, Chloe M. Billings and W. Zane Billings, nieces, a nephew, a great niece and nephew, and special friends; Margaret McCann and husband Dave, Marcia Conley and husband Jim, Janet Lyon and Gene Parsons-Gilman.
The family requests no flowers or food.
