Miss Justina Rose Osborne, of Moravian Falls passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 17, 2025 at Scenic Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jamie McGuire Officiating.

Baby Justina Rose Osborne was born October 3, 2025, in Surry County to Desiree Mae Helton and Justin Edward Osborne.

She was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents; Russell Gragg, Delia Gragg, Reba Cheek, Paternal Great-Grandparents; Rev. Paul R. Laws and wife Ivalee Laws, Garmel and Reba Osborne, and an Aunt; Rhonda Osborne.

She is survived by her parents; Justin Edward Osborne and Desiree Mae Helton of the home, Sisters; Zoey Collins, Hannah Osborne, Christianna Keever, Brother; Christopher Keever, Ryder Osborne, Maternal Grandparents; Clara Helton of North Wilkesboro, Randy Helton of Jonesville, Paternal Grandparents; Rick and Jeanette Osborne of Moravian Falls, Aunts; Amanda Minton of East Bend, Ashlee Helton of Elkin, Kayla Osborne of Moravian Falls, Uncles; Johnathan Helton of North Wilkesboro, Brian Helton of East Bend, Nathan Moxley of Roaring River, and Cousin; Brian Osborne.
