Obituary
Mrs. Joyce Webster Foster, age 92 of North Wilkesboro passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Baptist Home Baptist Church with Rev. David Jones officiating. Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the service at the church.
Joyce was born March 30, 1930 in Wilkes County to Paul Orrin and Stelma Hayes Webster. She was a member of Baptist Home Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband; Charles Foster of the home, a daughter; Phyllis Shumate and husband Allen of Clayton, a son; C. David Foster and wife Brenda of North Wilkesboro, four grandchildren; Sarah McAlister, Kayla Shumate, Ryan Shumate, Bradley Shumate, two great grandchildren; Alexis McAlister, Charlotte McAlister and a sister; Madge Snyder of Wilkesboro and a special niece; Vickie Miller.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Baptist Home Baptist Church, 2367 Sparta Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
