Mr. John Lucas Bullion, Jr, age 83 of North Wilkesboro passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at his home.
A private graveside service will be held at Elk Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Sparta with Rev. David Jones officiating. Burial will be in Elk Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
John was born January 9, 1937 in Carroll County, VA to John Lucas Bullion, Sr. and Hazel Lula Cain Bullion. He served in the United States Army and was a member of Baptist Home Baptist Church. He retired from Lowe’s Home Improvement.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife; Shirley Ann Sanders Bullion and a brother; Ralph Cain.
He is survived by a daughter; Teresa Bullion and husband Chris Duncan of Statesville, a son; John Jeffrey Bullion and wife Jody of Ekalaka, MT, three grandchildren; Gwyneth Williams, John Williams and Kelli Carroll and a brother; Cecil Ray Bullion of Galax, VA a special friend Pod Wyatt of North Wilkesboro.
