Jaxon Elijah Taylor

Jaxon Elijah Taylor, age 8 months passed away January 14, 2023, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 21, 2023, at The Gathering in Moravian Falls with Chris Taylor, Derek Kilby and David Dyer officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at The Gathering in Moravian Falls prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Jaxon was born April 21, 2022, in Forsyth County to Christopher Dale and Jenny Elizabeth Sheets Taylor. Every single day of Jaxon’s life on Earth was a miracle. He was a bright shining light in a dark world. All who met him were filled with joy and hope. He made a life changing impact on his Dad, Mom, and Brothers, as well as his Family, Church, and Community. Every one of his 269 days was a gift to us. We are forever changed. Words cannot express how deeply we love you Jaxon Elijah Taylor. Until we meet again precious baby boy…

He is preceded in death by great grandparents; Ed and Doris Baker, Emmitt and Sally Sheets, Charles and Agnes Taylor, Virgil and Mamie Lou Clark, Elon and Vertie Mae Shirey; cousin; Miracle Hope.  

He is survived by his parents and loving brothers; Jude, Joshua, and James; grandparents; Joe and Danita Sheets, Wayne and Darlene Shirey and Ron and Edy Taylor; aunts/uncles; Sarah, Joseph and Jenny Sheets, Rachael and Zach Flowers, Victoria and Aaron Bowlin, Josh and Autumn; cousins, Kason, Norah, Gabriel and Jacob.
