James Dennis Johnson

Mr. James Dennis Johnson, age 65 of Mocksville passed away Thursday, May 19, 2022 at his home in Mocksville.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 23, 2022 at Grace Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul Siceloff officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM at the Cemetery prior to the graveside service.

James was born on June 6, 1956 in Wilkes County to Paul Lester and Era Mae Oakley Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by; two sisters; JoAnn Prevette and Freda Sharpe; four brothers; Coy, Alton, Jerry, and Clyde Johnson.

He is survived by three sisters; Linda Collins and husband Bill; Phyllis Call and husband Guilford; Janette Johnson all of North Wilkesboro; two brothers; Joe Johnson and wife Wanda of Statesville, Roy Johnson and wife Beth of North Wilkesboro; two sister in laws; Linda Wood Johnson, Joan Ferguson Johnson both of North Wilkesboro.
