Hughey Albert Harris

Mr. Hughey Albert Harris, age 85 passed away Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation. 

Graveside services will be held 5:00 PM Thursday, April 15, 2021 at High View Cemetery with Rev. Keith Knox and Rev. Richard Watts officiating.  The public may view Mr. Harris on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.  The family requests everyone attending the service please wear a face covering and practice social distancing. 

Mr. Harris was born November 21, 1935 in Wilkes County to Camie Allen and Erie Dobbins Harris.  He was a member of New Damascus Baptist Church. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters; Patricia Harris, Ruby Harris and Susie Triplett and one brother; Wesley Harris. 

He is survived by a sister; Sallie Harris of Reidsville and a brother; Camie Dean Harris of Wilkesboro and several nieces and nephews.
