Howard Odell Euliss, Jr.

Mr. Howard Odell Euliss, Jr., age 82 of Millers Creek passed away Monday, August 11, 2025, at his home.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at Scenic Memorial Gardens Chapel with Rev. Randy Lankford officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM prior to the service at the Scenic Memorial Gardens Chapel.  Burial will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens.

He was born on June 23, 1943, in Tampa, Florida to Howard Odell Euliss, Sr. and Tivis Williams Euliss.  He was an Eagle Scout.  Howard enjoyed woodworking, snow skiing and riding his bike.  He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and fishing. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susan Martin Euliss of Millers Creek; two daughters, Adrianna Barlow (Lynn) of Millers Creek and Amy Euliss of Winston-Salem; and two grandchildren, Cameron Barlow of Raleigh and Andrew Barlow of Millers Creek and family friend, Edna Weaver.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union United Methodist Church, 708 Curtis Bridge Road, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659 or to Boy Scout Troop #399 (Millers Creek), c/o Millers Creek United Methodist Church, 3260 Hwy. 16N, Millers Creek, NC 28651.
