Mr. Henry Larry “Bub” Fagan, age 84, of Wilkesboro passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at his home.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, July 25, 2025, in Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Pastor John Dixon officiating.  Burial will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 PM prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Larry was born November 4, 1940, in Catawba County to Henry Marion Fagan and Helen Christine Hallman Good Fagan.  Larry had many hobbies and trades as well as enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved to feed the homeless and did so for many years in Statesville, Wilkes, Newton and Hickory.  He retired from General Electric Company in Hickory with over 30 years of service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by; two sisters: Brenda Fagan Hux, Paulette Fagan Clark and a brother; Leon Marion Fagan and survived by a brother; Michael R. Good of Claremont.  

He is survived by his wife; Margie Alice Scott Fagan of the home, three daughters; Deborah Fagan of Hickory, Kathryn Fagan Fleschner of Lenoir, Allison Fagan Busby of Matthews, two sons; Carroll Fagan of Hickory, Ryan Fagan (Alejandra) of Mount Holly, nine grandchildren; Herb D. Fleschner II, Amber L. Fleschner Trudeau, Tee H.E. Fleschner, Kristin Homoly, Teresa Shimansky, Stephanie Vickers (Adam), Lacie Fagan, Isabella Busby, Oliver Maxwell Fagan; four great grandchildren; Nash Fleschner, Jonas Trudeau, Alyssa Vickers, Aaliyah Vickers.  

Pallbearers will be Herb Fleschner II, Tee Fleschner, Nash Fleschner, Jonas Trudeau, Carroll Fagan, Ryan Fagan, Mike Busby, and Landen Busby
