Harrison Grey Wilson

Mr. Harrison Grey Wilson, age 24, of North Wilkesboro passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025.  

A private funeral will be held with Rev. Patricia Turner officiating.  Burial will be at Scenic Memorial Gardens.

He was born on September 11, 2000, in Wilkes County to Timothy Grey and Ellen Marie Conner Wilson.  He was a graduate of Wilkes Central High School.  He enjoyed running, an avid cross country and track athlete, and enjoyed music.  He liked to watch football and basketball and was a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.  He loved his animals: Deacon (tabby cat), Mallory and Olivia (golden doodles), Savannah, Lizzie and Abby (calico cats).

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Kurt and Darlene Conner and James and Peggy Wilson; uncle, Dusty Rhodes; and cousin “D” Rhodes.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Ellen Wilson; brother Aaron Wilson and wife (Laura) of Durham; nephew, Miles Wilson of Durham; aunts, Jane Shumate (Charlie), Lynne Rhodes; uncle, Rick Wilson; and cousins, Alex Shumate and Owen Shumate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Wilkes, PO Box 306, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659.
