Mrs. Gloria Jean Woodall Young, age 78, of North Wilkesboro passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at her home.

No services will be held.

She was born on January 5, 1947, in St. Lucie County, Florida to Dewey Hayward and Carmel Christine Green Woodall.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Brian and Andrew.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Young; three daughters, Marie (Rick) Bowles of Blacksburg, VA, Tammy (Charles) Merrill of Palm Bay, FL, and Stephanie (Rick) Kyle of Titusville, FL; son, Bill Minton of Palm Bay, FL; twelve grandchildren, Michael, Kaitlyn, Tim, Erik, Jeremy, David, Tiffany, Hannah, Lily, Joshua, Chris, and Ashlynn; six great grandchildren, Alexis, Troy, Bryson, Kairi, Adilyn and Aubrey; two sisters, Reba Parsons of North Wilkesboro and Kelly Harvey, of St. Augustine, FL; and brother, Steve Woodall of North Wilkesboro
