Glenda Foster Lane

Mrs. Glenda Foster Lane, age 69, of North Wilkesboro passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at her home. 

Graveside services will be held 2:00PM Friday, October 24, 2025, at Fishing Creek Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. David Wellborn officiating.  

Glenda was born June 23, 1956, in Wilkes County to Boyden “Junior” and Ruby Irene Hendren Foster.  She was a member of Fishing Creek Arbor Baptist Church. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Lee Lane. 

She is survived by her daughter; Melinda Burcham and husband Jonathan of Statesville, a granddaughter; Brooke Burcham, a sister; Patsy Nichols and husband Henry of Wilkesboro and a brother; Gary Foster and wife Teresa of Wilkesboro. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fishing Creek Arbor Baptist Church, 2446 Fishing Creek Arbor Road, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
