Mrs. Gale Hamer Snyder, age 61 of North Wilkesboro passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Snyder was born December 2, 1959 in Allegany County, New York to Robert Howard and Mabel Sue Greek Hamer. Gail loved to crochet, loved spending time with family, time on the computer, BINGO, watching the ID channel on TV and she loved the outdoors. She was proud when she obtained her CNA License.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by a daughter; Jovana Snyder of Arizona, a son; Robert Snyder and wife Emily of Hillsville, VA, two grandchildren; Lily Ann and Daisy Smith, a sister; Dessie Ritter and husband George of Friendship, NY, two brothers; Gil Hamer and wife Tammy of Box Elder, SD, Dale Hamer and wife Kim of Belfast, NY, three sisters-in-law; Tammy Gilbert, Christine Snyder and Bonnie Livergood, a special niece; Tonya Kinder and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
