Filmore Eller

Mr. Millard Filmore Eller, age 87 of Wilkesboro, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Victor Church officiating. Burial will be in Mountlawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM Saturday prior to the service at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.

Filmore was born May 25, 1934 in Wilkes County to Clyde and Nora Belle Faw Eller.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ernestine Wiles and Arliene LeFever; four brothers, Franklin, Willie, Jimmy and Harold Eller.

Filmore is survived by his wife of the home Alberta Call Eller; three sisters, Loriene Castle of Wilkesboro, Christine Edmonds and husband Bill of Abington, VA, Maxine Johnson and husband Tony of Traphill; three brothers, Richard Eller of Purlear, Marvin Eller of Wilkesboro, and Max Eller and wife Janice of Hays.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Woltz Hospice Home 945 Zephyr Rd. Dobson, NC  27017.
