Ferlon Lloyd Carlton

Mr. Ferlon Lloyd Carlton, age 75 of Moravian Falls passed away Monday, October 12, 2020 at Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation. 

Private services will be held at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev. Ronald Howell officiating.  Mr. Carlton may be viewed by the public on Thursday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens. 

Mr. Carlton was born December 26, 1944 in Wilkes County to Rev. Lloyd and Hassie Hayes Carlton.  He retired from Tyson Foods. 

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by by a sister: Flossie Carlton and two brothers; Frederick Carlton and Edward Lee Carlton. 

He is survived by two sisters; Dorothy M. Carlton of the home and Elsie Barnes of Moravian Falls and two brothers; Everette Carlton of Boomer and Ervin Carlton and wife Gloria of Moravian Falls and a special nephew; Robert “Snoop” Barnes of Moravian Falls and a host of nieces and nephews.  

Flowers will be accepted. 

The family requests no food.
