Etta "Beulah" Taylor

Mrs. Etta “Beulah” Taylor, age 91, of Wilkesboro passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Little Mountain Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Mathis and Rev. Roger Jennings officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the church prior to the service.

Mrs. Taylor was born January 28, 1930 in Wilkes County to Gilmore and Ethel Harrold. She was a member of Little Mountain Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. George Thomas Taylor; one sister, and four brothers.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by three daughters, Mary Orr and husband, Brian of Coloma, MI, Wanda Douglas and husband, Phillip of Wilkesboro, Clara Chastain and husband, Danny of McGrady; one son, Larry Taylor and wife, Melissa of North Wilkesboro; four grandchildren, Derry Orr, Jennifer Brown, Kendra Dimmette, and Ashleigh Douglas; four great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild; five sisters; and four brothers.
