Mr. Eddie Carol Ferguson, age 77, of Moravian Falls passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Wilkes Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday October 11, 2025, at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Wade Collins and Rev. Tim Roten officiating. Burial with Military Honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1142 Honor Guard and the North Carolina National Guard will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM prior to the service at the church.

Eddie was born December 13, 1947, in Caldwell County to Horace and Pauline Starnes Ferguson. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter; Tracy Lynn Ferguson, grandchild; Billy Ferguson, two brothers; Dale Ferguson and Greg Ferguson.

He is survived by his wife; Linda Steele Ferguson of the home, three grandchildren; Corey Ferguson, Brandy Cutshaw, Travis Cutshaw, two great-grandchildren; Camden Ferguson, Jacob Mason, sister; Judy Yount of Granite Falls, three brothers; Benny Ferguson (Judy) of Hudson, Charles Ferguson (JoAnn) of Boomer, Mike Ferguson of Boomer, and several nieces and nephews.
