Easteen Bauguess Pruitt

Mrs. Easteen Bauguess Pruitt, age 81 of Traphill passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at her home. 

Funeral services will be held at a later date. 

Mrs. Pruitt was born October 28, 1938 in Wilkes County to Phoebe Bauguess Brown.  She was a member of Round Hill Baptist Church. Easteen was well loved by all and was a true friend.  She was dedicated to her family and loved to cook.  Easteen was a talented seamstress and was a hard worker all her life. 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Burley Hampton Pruitt and one brother; John David Bauguess. 

She is survived by two daughters; Wanda Cleary and husband Richard of Hays, Elizabeth Comer and boyfriend; Stacey Parker of Thomasville, one son; Curtis Pruitt and girlfriend; Tracie Sheets of Traphill, one grandchild; Autumn Cleary Brooks and husband Tyler of Conover and two great grandchildren; Garrett and Callum Brooks and sister-in-law; Shirley Pruitt of Traphill.
