Doris Ann (Bowers) Faw

Mrs. Doris Ann Bowers Faw, age 75, of Hays passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. 

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. 

Doris was born September 11, 1949, in Wilkes County to William Ralph and Martha Gertrude Gambill Bowers. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister; Carolyn Wiles. 

She is survived by two daughters; Shannon Sheneele Wagoner (Tony) of McGrady, Khara Katrice Culbreth of Millers Creek, five grandchildren; Andrew Jordan Crane, Luke Anthony Wagoner, Jacob Wayne Dimmette, Savannah Beatrice Dimmette, Hazley Rose Culbreth, sister; Lois Bowers (Lewis) of Hamptonville, and a brother; David Bowers (Cathy) of North Wilkesboro.
