Mrs. Denise Myers, age 67 of Hays passed away Friday, October 31, 2025, at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday November 3, 2025, at Reins-Sturdivant Chapel with Rev Danny Dillard and Pastor Chris Wingler officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in North Wilkesboro.

Denise was born on October 14, 1958, in Wilkes County to Marcus Eugene and Mildred Devola Church Wood.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband; Fabieus Mark Myers.

She is survived by daughter; Natasha Jennings of Hays, two sons; Chris Wingler (Natasha) of North Wilkesboro, Nathaniel Wingler (Dana) of Purlear, her mother; Mildred Devola Church Wood, seven grandchildren; Anthony Amburn, Kaylea Gentle, Haylea Wingler, Ashlea Wingler, Ashlyn Wingler, Ethan Cleary, Kinbry Wingler, sister; Debbie Norman (Bob) of Union Grove and two brothers; Donnie Wood of North Wilkesboro and Kevin Wood of North Wilkesboro.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Rd, Dobson, NC 27017.
