David Sebastian Obituary

Mr. David Brian Sebastian, age 54 of North Wilkesboro, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin from a massive heart attack.

Private Services will be held.

David was born August 11, 1967 in Wilkes County to Troy Elijah and Lois Hall Sebastian.

David is preceded in death by his parents.

David is survived by one daughter, Angel Kay Perry of Princeton, WVA; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Sandra Bryant of North Wilkesboro, and Diane Cardamore and husband Greg of Knightdale, NC.
